Sky was easy to deal with, very accommodating. The delivery cost more than the product, which is to be expected as it is a heavy and unwieldy package from China to Australia. Also due to some missed messages (from my end) during the Christmas and New Year period, added some time to the order. Came in packages of 4 panels each, some assistance required by delivery guy for drop off. Some superficial damages to card box packaging but all panels arrived perfectly.
